Refund & Shipping Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders placed via the Website will be custom made by the exclusive manufacturer of Tech Beds and then shipped by international courier to the delivery address provided. The total time between the processing of the order and delivery may vary, but a typical time span is 30-50 days from order to delivery. It takes this long because the beds are made to order. 

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm this and we will then follow the delivery from door to door, to give you added peace of mind.  All deliveries will require a signature unless left in an agreed ‘safe place’.  Once left in a ‘safe place’, the package is deemed delivered to you and all responsibility for subsequent loss, damage or theft passes to you as the customer.  If you require delivery to an agreed 'safe place' you should state so at the time of ordering and provide the necessary instructions so that they may be given to the courier. 

All the prices quoted for delivery are all-inclusive and include shipping costs, customs duties and any applicable VAT. 

ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES

All deliveries will require a signature unless left in a nominated ‘safe place’. 

If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the package from the designated collection point, we will not be able to refund you.  However, we can liaise with the courier company to arrange repeat delivery attempts, in accordance with the courier's normal policy.  

NON-DELIVERY

In the unlikely event that a package does not arrive at destination, a full refund will be provided upon confirmation from the courier company that the package has been lost in transit. 

We ask that you please let us know it a package has not arrived at destination within 30 days of the date when you were first notified it had been dispatched from the factory.  Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the package and issue promptly any refund due. 

Refunds can only be processed once a package is confirmed as deemed lost in transit by the courier company.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event that the bed arrives in a damaged condition, photographs of all areas of damage and all damaged items must within 48 hours of the delivery be sent by email to techbedinfo@gmail.com.

Due to high shipping and import costs, it is not practical to return the bed and ship a replacement bed, nor should that be necessary, but we replace as quickly as possible any damaged items with replacement parts in good and non-damaged condition.
